great lesson and totally clear! Thanksxxx

I keep forgetting to ask:

"where" is the best place to start a new nest/ball of yarn? In the steek? Right after the steek when you are starting the next round? Right at the end of the round? I can see advantages in all places....

Hello Patricia! Thank you so much for this wonderful lesson! The technique is wonderful and I can’t believe all the sweaters I’ve made without it. curious If we are to continue knitting knitting the body per our pattern since it doesn’t appear there are any added techniques for that section? I apologize if this was specified and I missed it

If you are fit checking yourself after Lesson 4, then follow the pattern exactly. Knitting the body. Our lessons resume when Part 3 of the pattern is complete.

Oh my .... live and learn and so much for picking up and putting down your knitting without .... paying attention. I just finished the 7th inc with the tynset kofte and was checking the chart and was shocked to see that I had forgotten the second accent band after inc 5 .... excuse me while I rip 😂😇😂 .......... unfortunately I have a busy week coming up but will try and just do the ripping out/ putting back on the needles this evening ! 🙀

I survived but it was almost interesting in how long it took to do it and get everything back together properly! I'll pay much more attention in the future -- I think I was "thinking ahead" in the pattern (or that is my excuse anyway 😂

We do not know the history of the Kofte...only that it was donated by a family to the National Trust...I will try to look at the steeks and share via Zoom!

It should have the normal four steeks for this type of Kofte...but I will double check!
