Sandi - I will have to support you on Zoom. I think you have a misunderstanding with the chart. You can check out the intro lesson in which I go through the charts before the zoom. I hope that will help.
Hi Patricia, I am knitting the Tynset pattern. I am knitting the largest size and now have 251 stitches. On Wednesday's Zoom when explaining the pattern you said to highlight the first and last stitches; these should not be repeated in the body of the pattern repeats. My question: if I have 251 stitches how can I knit the last stitch at the end of the pattern row? Thank you for your time. SandiK xxx
Anne Marie - You must put your Kofte on waste yarn or insert another very long circular needle into the piece...so that it is not stretched out. Then you can try it on.
Also, I use something called "Try on Tubing"...which attaches to the ends of your needles and allows you to try it on. You can reference that via Google. My mum sent it to me as a gift and I find it very practical.
But! You do not need to buy anything! Just additional lengths of circular needles.

It is worth the time to try it on!
Can you review how to try on our sweaters that are on the needles. Do they need to move to waste yarn to measure?
Mary - In stranded knitting you must always catch floats. Can you please share with me if you have any experience in doing this previously?
This is a very important skill in approching this project.
