Hi Patricia, probably heading toward swatch #3 (1st on a 2.0mm, 2nd on a 2.5 mm- getting about 3.85 stitches/10 cm). Question though re: size. In this post above, you say the socks are designed for a 5-7 INCH leg, but below you say 5- 7 CM leg. Which is it? I’m still a little confused about what size to pick. Thanks!

Interesting, I did one cuff with 5 DPN's...I MADE myself do it, resistance was futile, haha, and the other cuff with 2 16" circular needles. It would appear the cuff with the circular needles is slightly bigger than the 5 DPN's! But it was faster.........

I also want to say what a brilliant job you did with the pattern. Thank you for all your work.

hneroni - Wonderful! I am so pleased that you worked through getting gauge!

Your stranded knitting is beautiful. Enjoy knitting your cuffs!

Well, going up to 3mm worked, I got gauge!!! Also took your advice about relaxing, candle, etc. Quite the difference between the two. Thanks for your help and looking forward to starting the cuff. ♥️

I asked this question on email, but I think this might be the place to ask. I have a 24 cm calf. My gauge is 29 st = 10 cm on a 2.5 mm needle. I believe that would be size 2 with 64 stitches. I would feel more comfortable starting after you opinion.
