Kristine, I, too, am gluten-free ( for 9 yrs. now) and have learned that substitution is the name of the game, as you do!

Thank you Patricia for all the lovely recipes and stories. I have so much rhubarb this year, so I made both the syrup and the cake. I had no whole milk, so I substituted with a mix of yogurt and almond milk. We ate slices of the cake with a little syrup drizzled on top...absolutely delicious! 😘 Pelly

Pelly!!! Your old farm kake looks amazing! Isn't this the best recipe? I love how you were able to use what you had! We also drizzled our rhubarb syrup on top!

I could not be happier not only with the results of my knitting efforts on the sleeves but also the expertise and competence of your teaching methods, Patricia. Thank you so much.

Peggy this is so kind of you! It brings me much joy to know you are coming along so well and enjoying the course. That you have now understood the middle sleeve stitch will open a whole new world of knitting for you!

I have co both sleeves, knit both casings and have just reached 6cm on the first sleeve. This brought be thru chart 1 so I’m assuming I will work the first decrease round on round 1 of chart 3. gauge seems good so I will get through chart 2 and decrease 2nd sleeve next! Onward!!!

My first sleeve is ready for the first decrease. Thinking after the decrease row that I will knit one more row then switch to the second sleeve.
